Spheres are present everywhere in Roman architecture. According to the Roman and Renaissance eras, round buildings were said to be models for the cosmos. Circular and spherical forms resemble structure, totality, and wholeness. The Sol Earrings and Sol Necklace pieces are inspired by these ideas and were designed resembling Castel Sant’Angelo and the beautiful dome in the Pantheon.
